Commercial Bank of Kuwait Organizes an Employment Day in Cooperation with the Public Authority of Manpower

As part of its commitment to corporate social responsibility and its dedication to providing exceptional employment opportunities for fresh Kuwaiti graduates, Commercial Bank of Kuwait organized an Employment Day in cooperation with the Public Authority of Manpower.

Organizing this initiative underscores the Bank’s belief in the importance of developing the capabilities and talents of ambitious Kuwaiti youth, and providing them with employment opportunities in the private sector, the banking sector and at Commercial Bank of Kuwait.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Sadeq Al-Abdullah – General Manager of the Human Resources Division – said: “At Commercial Bank of Kuwait, we are keen to organize employment events and forums, which serve as an opportunity for direct communication with the ambitious Kuwaiti youth seeking exceptional work opportunities to join Al-Tijari family.” 

The Bank believes that investing in Kuwaiti youth and  human capital drives sustainable development for Kuwait and its citizens. As such, the Bank focuses on recruiting, upskilling, and training national talent across all Divisions and Departments within its  strategy to boost national employment rates and building a new generation of promising Kuwaiti bankers under its core mission of “Building the Future Together”.

During the event, the Human Resources Team met job applicants, presented available job opportunities, presented job offers for vacant positions at the Bank, and conducted initial interviews with applicants.  selected candidates will be contacted later by the Human Resources Division to complete the final interviews and recruitment process.
