Commercial Bank of Kuwait Continues its Services During Prophet Mohamed’s Birthday

Commercial Bank of Kuwait has announced the working hours of its branches during Prophet Mohamed’s Birthday holiday, in line with the circular issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait. Accordingly, Thursday, 27/08/2026, will be an official public holiday. The Bank will resume regular working hours on Sunday, 30/08/2026.

To ensure continuing its banking services and meeting customers' banking needs throughout the holidays, the Avenues branch will open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except on Friday, when it will work from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additionally, Al Khiran branch (self-service branch) will operate in accordance with the official working hours of Al Khiran Mall.

Customers can also take advantage of the Bank’s self-service machines, available 24/7 across all branches, as well as its extensive network of ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) located across various areas of Kuwait.

The Bank reaffirms the availability of its digital banking services around the clock through its digital channels. These include the live video banking service through CBK Mobile app and its website www.cbk.com, in addition to the Contact Center and customer support via WhatsApp at 1-888225 throughout the day 24 /7.
