"Al-Tijari" Sponsors Outstanding Secondary School Students Honoring Ceremony in Al-Ahmadi Governorate

Driven by its commitment to supporting community initiatives and reinforcing its role in serving society, Commercial Bank of Kuwait sponsored a ceremony honoring outstanding secondary school students across schools in Al-Ahmadi Governorate. This event is part of the Bank's ongoing efforts to support educational activities and encourage academic excellence.
The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Governor of Al-Ahmadi, Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Mr. Mohammad Al-Wazzan – General Director of Religious Education and Special Education, Mr. Ahmad Abdulaziz Al-Gharib – Director of Educational Affairs for Al-Ahmadi Educational District and the Bank's Corporate Communications team, who represented the Bank on this occasion. The event celebrated the outstanding students in recognition of their dedication throughout the academic year.
During the ceremony, His Excellency Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah commended the role played by Commercial Bank of Kuwait in supporting educational initiatives and social partnerships. He emphasized that such partnerships contribute to motivating students to continue their excellence and achievement, and help instill a culture that values academic accomplishment.
For her part, Ms. Amani Al-Wara'a, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Division at Commercial Bank of Kuwait, affirmed that the Bank's sponsorship of this ceremony is an extension of its ongoing commitment to supporting students and encouraging them to achieve further success. She noted that supporting educational events and celebrating outstanding students represents one of the core pillars of the Bank's corporate social responsibility strategy.
Ms. Al-Wara'a added that this sponsorship is part of the Bank's corporate social responsibility program, which aims to support educational and social activities and events organized by Kuwait's governorates.
