Commercial Bank of Kuwait Enhances Institutional Partnerships by Signing Electronic Integration

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop banking services and enhance digital transformation.

Commercial Bank of Kuwait (Al-Tijari) has announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB) to establish electronic integration between the two parties. This initiative enables Al-Tijari customers to benefit from a more streamlined and efficient mechanism for processing transfers and monthly standing orders related to housing loans extended by Kuwait Credit Bank.

The protocol was signed in the presence of Ms. Elham Mahfouz, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank of Kuwait; Mr. Sultan Al-Dabbous, Acting General Manager of Kuwait Credit Bank; and Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Zaabi, General Manager of the Retail Banking Division at Commercial Bank of Kuwait, along with senior executives from both banks.


On this occasion, Ms. Elham Mahfouz said: "Signing this partnership protocol with Kuwait Credit Bank reflects our commitment to strengthening collaboration frameworks with state and national entities, supporting digital transformation across the banking sector while aligning with customer expectations for faster, seamless services." She highlighted Al-Tijari's endeavors to continuously upgrade its banking framework and leverage digital solutions to simplify processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deepen cooperation with national institutions to deliver top notch services to customers.

She further emphasized that the electronic integration between Al-Tijari and KCB will save customers’ time and effort by streamlining processes associated with monthly transfers and deductions. This, in turn, enhances operational efficiency and reliability in delivering flexible digital banking services that elevate the overall customer experience. She underscored the vital synergy between national institutions and commercial banks in providing high-efficiency services that benefit customers across the banking sector.

For his part, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Zaabi noted that "collaborating with Kuwait Credit Bank is an extension of Al-Tijari's efforts to expand electronic integration with government entities and banks across the country, facilitating expedited transaction processing and providing superior service quality." He pointed out that this partnership serves as a model for public–private sector cooperation, affirming that Al-Tijari continues its successful journey toward digital excellence to elevate the quality of banking services offered across all customer segments.
