"Al-Tijari" Welcomes the Winner of the KD 500,000 Prize

Commercial Bank of Kuwait recently welcomed at its head office Mr. Arshad Hussain Sabir Hussain, the lucky winner of the KD 500,000 prize. Upon his arrival,  the winner was received by Ms. Amani Al-Wara'a, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Division; Ms. Noura Kayed, Deputy General Manager of the Retail Banking Division; Ms. Badour Bukhamseen, Assistant General Manager of the Retail Banking Division; along with several members of the Bank's Executive Management team. The Bank executives congratulated the winner and completed the formalities for handing over the grand prize.

The Bank had previously announced the winner of the KD 500,000 prize during the draw held at Al-Khiran Mall, which was broadcast across the Bank's social media channels in the presence of representatives from the relevant internal departments and independent external auditors from RSM and Grant Thornton Kuwait to oversee the draw process.

On this occasion, the winner expressed his pleasure for winning this prize, saying: "This valuable award came as a wonderful surprise to me and my family. I am absolutely thrilled to have won the KD 500,000 prize from Al-Najma Account — the account that gives its holders excellent opportunities to win substantial cash rewards all year round. I, my family, friends, and everyone close to me are very happy by this life-changing prize presented to me by Commercial Bank of Kuwait."

When asked about his banking experience with the Bank, the lucky winner praised the Bank’s products and services, highlighting the impressive advancements in its secure and user-friendly digital offerings.  He noted that winning the prize will help change his life personally and fulfill some of his aspirations. He concluded by thanking Commercial Bank of Kuwait for the warm welcome and wishing all its customers the best of luck in upcoming Al-Najma Account draws.

Meanwhile, Ms. Noura Kayed congratulated the winner of the Al-Najma Account's semi-annual prize, noting that Al-Tijari was among the first banks in Kuwait to introduce savings products that give customers the chance to win cash prizes. She recalled that the Bank first launched the "Al-Najma Certificate" back in the 1990s, which later evolved into the Al-Najma Account — providing its holders multiple with opportunities to win substantial cash prizes. She highlighted that since the announcement of the major cash prizes offered by the Al-Najma Account the Bank has crowned more than 11 winners with these prestigious awards whether in the annual draws for the KD 1.5 million grand prize or the semi-annual draws for the KD 500,000 prize.
