Request cash in the denominations you require to be delivered to the location of your choice.

Who is it for?

• Existing customers who have registered in Online Banking services or Al-Tijari Application

How to use the service?

For Mobile banking Users

• Log in to CBK Mobile Banking, on the main screen you will find an “Extra” Icon. Click on Cash Xpress to submit your request.

For Online Banking Users

• Log in to CBK Online Banking, on your homepage you will find the “Fund Transfer” icon. Click on Cash Xpress to submit your request.

Cash Xpress Terms and conditions:

• Premier customers has a maximum of 3 orders - Minimum amount KD 200 maximum KWD 10,000.
• Base customers maximum 2 orders - Minimum amount KD 200 maximum KWD 2,000.
• All orders will be charged KD 4 as company delivery charges except first order placed by Premier Customers which will be free of charge.
• Eidiya will be delivered within 72 hours
• Eidiya will be delivered between 9 am to 12 am
• Customers need to receive the Eidiya in person, show their original Civil ID for the employee and confirm amount before signing the receipt
• Customers are not permitted to cancel or modify the requested amount.
